Windsor Harvest Festival

Harvest Festival

Saturday, August 31 - Monday, September 2

Celebrate one of Windsor’s longest-running events at the 98th annual Windsor Harvest Festival. The festivities kick off Saturday with a balloon launch, town BBQ, concert and "street dance" held at Boardwalk Park. The evening culminates with fireworks over Windsor Lake. Sunday moves the festivities to Main Park where you will find over 200 booths including arts and crafts, commercial and food vendors. Monday starts marching with the Harvest Festival Parade at 9:00am. It is the LARGEST parade in Northern Colorado with over 100 entries ranging from marching bands to "Haunt Rods", rodeo queens to massive Radio Flyer wagons.

The Windsor Harvest Festival sees an estimated 40,000+ patrons at events held over the Labor Day weekend, and we hope to see you there this year! For locations and a complete schedule of events, visit windsorharvestfest.com.

Volunteer

Event organizers have always relied on volunteers to make the weekend run smoothly. This year, there will be additional emphasis placed on recruiting parade volunteers to help monitor the route and ensure compliance to the rules.

All volunteers must create a Sports Engine account through the following link:

  • Become a Harvest Festival Volunteer
  • Each volunteer will complete a volunteer application and complete a background check.
  • An email address is required for this process. If you do not have a current email address, you can create a free one using Gmail.
  • Contact Eric Lucas, Director of Parks, Recreation & Culture, with questions about the application process.
