Background Check

Each individual applicant will undergo a personal background investigation conducted by the Windsor Police Department. An important element of the licensing process is the Authority's determination that the applicant is of good character and reputation.

Should negative information be discovered during the background investigation you will be afforded an opportunity to present evidence of good character and reputation at the Public Hearing on the license application.
