The Windsor Parks, Recreation & Culture Department’s seasonal Activity Guide has been published digitally for the summer season, and will be available in print on Monday, April 2 at the Windsor Community Recreation Center. Our early online registration period will run from Thursday, March 22 through Sunday, April 1, and registrations in person or by phone will be available beginning on Monday, April 2.
The publication includes upcoming events, current membership and rental information, classes and sports, as well as special sections highlighting summer events, including the new Artisan Market, Farmers Market, Summer Concert Series, and Movies in the Park.
Returning to the lineup this summer, the Windsor Rec Mobile and Camp Windsor. The Windsor Rec Mobile will bring the benefits of the Community Recreation Center to your neighborhood. Parks, Recreation & Culture staff will provide a host of activities in local parks — yard games, arts and crafts, sports activities and more.
From May 14 through August 31, the Parks, Recreation & Culture Department will host its own summer camp, Camp Windsor. Youth in grades first through fifth will enjoy a variety of activities from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. each weekday, such as gym and outdoor play, arts and crafts and an off-site field trip.
