The Town will be accepting sealed bids for the “Roadway Improvement Project - 2018” construction project until 2:00 PM, local time, on Tuesday, March 20, 2018

The work of this contract consists of mill and overlay on Fairfield Avenue, Water Valley Parkway, Hollister Lake Road, and Steeplechase Drive and installing concrete collars on the manholes and water valves on the aforementioned streets and throughout the town.

To receive the full bidding documents at no cost, you must complete the Bid Document Request Form (See below) and return this form via email () or fax ((970) 674-3492 - Attn. Curtis Templeman).

The submission of the Bid Document Request Form is the only way prospective bidders will receive bidding documents & any future addendum. The failure to return this page may result in an incomplete bid. A hard copy of the bid documents will be available by request only; allow 1 business day for the Town to assemble requested bid documents; the fee for a hard copy is $60.00.
