The submission of the Bid Document Request Form is the only way prospective bidders will receive bidding documents & any future addendum. The failure to return this page may result in an incomplete bid. Project documents can also be requested (allow 1 business day for assembly of bidding documents) and picked up at the Town Hall for a fee of $60.00.
