REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
(Qualifications Based Selection)
The Town of Windsor (“Town”) is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms with a proven track record and relevant project experience in providing professional engineering services for the completion of 60% design plans for the extension of Crossroads Boulevard starting at State Highway 257 and extending east approximately 2.2 miles to Weld County Road 23.
Three (3) copies of the proposal package must be submitted to the Town of Windsor by 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 20, 2018, in addition to one (1) electronic copy in PDF format. Proposals can be mailed or hand delivered to Attn: Omar R. Herrera, 301 Walnut Street, Windsor, Colorado 80550. Proposals shall be sent in a sealed envelope and clearly labeled: “RFP for Crossroads Blvd. Extension Design”.
Please refer to the entire RFP for specific instructions regarding submittal requirements, proposed scope of work, consultant evaluation and selection process. A complete copy of the RFP can be obtained by completing the “RFP Document request form” located on the Town of Windsor’s website at, http://windsorgov.com/bids.aspx.
A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held in the Windsor Town Hall, 301 Walnut Street on Tuesday, March 6, at 1:00 p.m., local time. All interested firms shall attend; proposals will not be accepted from firms that do not attend this meeting. All attendees shall register their attendance at this meeting by signing the Town’s sign-in sheet.
To receive RFP documents and any future addendums, you must complete the RFP Document Request Form and return it via email or fax ((970) 674-3492 - Attn. Omar R. Herrera). The return of this form is the primary way prospective consultants will receive RFP documents and any future addendum. Failure to return this form may results in a incomplete proposal.
