Creative reuse has changed the way we look at “rubbish” and art. The Windsor Art & Heritage Center will be presenting its first monthly exhibit of 2017, featuring artists that transform junk into works of art and alternative use items. The exhibition will run from January 11 - February 11. An opening reception for the artists, friends, family and the public will be held from 6 - 7:30 p.m. on Friday, January 13.
