Meet with Mayor Kristie Melendez over coffee to discuss your questions, concerns or ideas for the Town of Windsor. Coffee with the Mayor events are held on the third Saturday of every month from 7:30-9:00 a.m. Public Works Supervisor Brian Rowe will join us to talk about street maintenance. This could include the life cycle of a road, street sweeping, and snow plow operations. Details subject to change.

This ride will be a fun street and mountain bike ride that will take participants to the Belmont Ridge Open Space trail, Windsor’s only single-track trail. This ride will start at Windsor Highlands Park at 10 a.m. Riders should have some experience riding on terrain. After the ride is over, adults are invited to head up to Mash Lab to hang out (food and drink are on your own, if desired). Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Discover the secrets of creating amazing pumpkin masterpieces! Pumpkin artist John Bardeen of Grampa Bardeen’s Family Pumpkin Carving Kits will walk you through carving techniques. Everyone will leave with a freshly carved jack-o’-lantern and a set of professional carving tools to continue the fun at home! Participants must bring their own pumpkins. Pumpkins should be large enough to fit an 8.5” x 11” stencil on one side. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult who can help with the more complicated carving steps.

Join us for a tour around Odell Brewing as they develop innovative beer styles and brewing techniques. We’ll handle the driving, but you are responsible for the fun. Participants must be 21 and up only, please. IDs will be checked before we depart.

Tour the historic Lakeview Cemetery by lantern light with a guide from the Town of Windsor Museums. Discover the exciting and unusual stories of early Windsor pioneers buried in the cemetery. Tours are an hour long and are offered at 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. They are best for children eight and older. The 5:30 tours are highly recommended for families. Register by the day before the tour for $5.
