Board of Adjustment / Board of Appeals
The Board of Adjustment / Board of Appeals is empowered to grant variances from the regulations and provisions of Chapter 16 of the Municipal Code and to hear appeals of the decisions of the Director of Planning.  View Board of Adjustment / Board of Appeals agendas and minutes.

Historic Preservation Commission
The Historic Preservation Commission acts to preserve the historic character of the Town by reviewing landmark designation applications, advising owners of historic properties on the physical and financial aspects of preservation, maintaining a list of historically significant properties in Windsor, and reviewing applications for alteration, demolition, or moving of designated properties.  Additionally, the Commission will actively promote historic preservation through public education programs and will pursue financial assistance for preservation related programs through grants and other means.  View Historic Preservation Commission agendas and minutes.

Parks and Recreation Advisory Board
The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board will make recommendations to the Town Board concerning: the purchase or disposition of park, recreation and open lands, and policies relating to the public use and management of those lands; any expenditure or appropriation from the Park Fund; and budget issues related to parks, recreation and open lands.  View Parks and Recreation Advisory Board agendas and minutes.

Planning Commission
The Planning Commission's responsibilities include preparation and maintenance of a Master Plan, implementation of provisions of the Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances, investigation and recommendation of amendments to Zoning Maps, and recommendations of appropriate zoning classifications for all annexations.  View Planning Commission agendas and minutes.

Town Board
The Town Board serves as the community’s legislative body, having responsibility for enacting Town Ordinances, appropriating funds to conduct Town business, and providing policy direction to Town staff.  View Town Board agendas and minutes.

Water and Sewer Board

Primary Workforce Housing Committee
