Overview
The Windsor Parks, Recreation & Culture Department oversees the provision of services related to recreation and cultural opportunities for the entire community through quality programs, facilities, service and management of natural resources.

The Parks, Recreation & Culture Department consists of three divisions:

• Art & Heritage
• Parks and Open Space
• Recreation 

Responsibilities
The Parks, Recreation & Culture Department is responsible for:

• 25 parks, developed and undeveloped, totaling
• Chimney Park Outdoor Pool
• Eastman Skate Park
• Lakeview Cemetery
• Numerous playgrounds
• Over 200 acres
• Over 40 miles of trails
• Town of Windsor Museum
• Windsor Community Recreation Center
• Windsor Lake with Boating and Swim Beach

The town also offers a multitude of programs for the young and old alike. Whether it’s walking in the park, hitting a baseball or enjoying a summer concert, Windsor’s Parks, Recreation & Culture Department is your link to quality of life.
