Customer Service

The Town of Windsor Customer Service Division serves as the first point of contact for many of Windsor’s businesses and residents. This division responds to a high volume of customer service inquiries including those submitted online, in-person or by those who call-in. Members of the Customer Service team articulate town information about various town functions such as utility billing, municipal court, sales tax, recycling and more.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures that internal and external customers receive prompt attention.
  • Accepts utility payments and provides support to all functions of the town utility. 
  • Attends board and commission meetings and helps take notes.
  • Provides support to the functions of the Municipal Court 
  • Assists as back-up for building permit technician.
