While the Town of Windsor is responding to capacity restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are offering virtual meeting participation during the public comment period of applicable meetings. If you would like to provide comment or ask questions during a public meeting, find the participation instructions on that meeting's agenda. If you do not have comment you would like to give, you can also watch the meeting live and in its entirety on WindsorTV. If and when Town Hall capacity permits, residents wanting to watch and participate in person will be able to enter Town Hall through the south entrance doors.
