The Town of Windsor Public Works Department will begin extensive asphalt patching across town July 22, with work continuing into the fall.

The Street Division’s asphalt patching program focuses on areas of pavement in need of corrective or emergency maintenance. Work will be conducted on areas with deficiencies in pavement, such as potholing, rutting, or extensive settling or cracking. Impacts can be expected in various neighborhoods throughout the remainder of the summer.

Drivers are urged to drive carefully in work zones, watching for crews, flaggers and potential detours. Minor traffic delays are expected in work areas throughout the project.
