Town of Windsor Offers Fallen Branch Recycling March 19-28

Worker cleans up fallen branches near tree

Windsor’s Public Services staff continues to remain hard at work addressing the impacts of last weekend’s storm. In addition to plowing snow on main streets, side streets and residential areas, staff has been cleaning up fallen trees and branches that resulted from the heavy snowfall.

In an effort to support snowstorm recovery, the Town of Windsor is opening a temporary collection site for residents to sustainably dispose of any fallen branches. Friday, March 19 through Sunday, March 28 branches can be brought to Eastman Park South near the Treasure Island Demonstration Garden off of Laku Lake Road. Please make sure branches are free of ropes and wires.
