Town of Windsor Facility Closures in Observance of Labor Day

Town of Windsor facilities will be closed on Monday, Sept. 5 in observance of Labor Day. All facilities closed include Windsor’s Town Hall, 301 Walnut St., the Community Recreation Center, 250 N. 11th St., and the Public Services facility, 922 N. 15th St. Normal operating hours for facilities will resume on Tuesday, Sept. 6.

The police administrative office, 200 11th St., will also be closed Sept. 5, but officers will remain on duty. Police services can be reached on the non-emergency line at 970-674-6400. In the event of an emergency, call 911.

Chimney Park Pool, 421 Chimney Park Dr., will close for the season at 6 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 3. The last day to enjoy the Windsor History Museum, 11 N. 5th St., and tube rentals at the Eastman Park River Experience, 7025 Eastman Park Dr., for the season will be on Sunday, Sept. 4.

The Windsor Harvest Festival takes place Labor Day weekend and offers three days of family fun including fireworks, music, games, food and more. Visit windsorharvestfest.com for a schedule of weekend festivities.
