The Town of Windsor will launch and implement Invoice Cloud on Monday, Dec. 5 which will offer Windsor utility customers greater flexibility to view and pay utility bills online.

The 24/7 automated payment line is now available for customers to make a payment or check a balance. Additionally, Windsor utility customers are eligible to sign up for text notifications to notify users about when a bill becomes available with the option to pay through text message. Accepted forms of payment include: eCheck, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal and Venmo.

The new payment portal provides customers with quick access to utility bills, balances, payments and paperless billing. Features include an at-a-glance dashboard, securely storing payment information, and automatic payment options. Automatic payment options that will be available to utility customers include: scheduling a specific day and time for payment processing, email reminders, and the ability to link multiple accounts. Residents that decide to opt-out of registering for an account will still be able to view bills and complete one-time payments.

Residents will also have the option to pay via phone by calling 844-938-0418.
