WINDSOR, Colo.– The Windsor Community Recreation Center, 250 N. 11th St., will be closed from Monday, Aug. 21 through Friday, Aug. 25 for its annual maintenance and deep cleaning work.
The indoor pool will remain open during regular hours of operation from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. Guests looking to access the indoor pool can enter through the west side pool patio gates. The pool locker rooms are tentatively scheduled to open on Tuesday, Aug. 22.
“We try to minimize facility closures throughout the year, so we schedule an annual maintenance week for our team to conduct repairs, perform facility upgrades and deep clean,” said Operations & Facilities Manager, Kendra Martin. “This year we are thrilled to keep the indoor pool open since deep cleaning of the pool was done in July.”
While the facility will be closed, the front desk will be available via phone Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to assist with registrations for programs or activities. To register online visit recreationliveshere.com/RecReg.
During the closure, Community Recreation Center members can utilize the Eaton Recreation Center, 1675 3rd St., in Eaton or Chilson Recreation Center, 700 E. 4th St., in Loveland free of charge. Members can access either facility but must bring their membership cards to check in.
Regular hours of operation will resume Saturday, Aug. 26 at 5 a.m.
