Update to the Town’s Capital Improvement Project: The 7th Street (Eastman Park Drive to Riverplace Drive) and Eastman Park Drive (7th Street to 1st Street) overlay is near completion. The final phase of the overlay is the striping. The striping contractor will be installing pavement symbols and stop bars on Monday (7/8) and Tuesday (7/9) and installing the centerline, turn lines and edge lines on Wednesday (7/10).
In order to provide maximum safety and protection to the striping contractor and the traveling public, 7th Street and Eastman Park Drive will be closed on Wednesday (7/10) from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, a detour will be in place. If possible, please use alternate routes. Thanks and please be cautious!

Parking will not be allowed on the street during this project, but once the pavement is placed and the “No Parking” signs are removed, parking on the street will be permitted.
