The Windsor Downtown Development Authority is hosting a Town Hall meeting on Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at 6 p.m. at which the preliminary findings of the Historic Mill Feasibility Study will be presented. The feasibility study determine the most appropriate property uses, building uses and realistic financial strategies for the protection, restoration and redevelopment of the Mill.
