The Windsor Downtown Development Authority hosted a Town Hall meeting on Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at which concepts related to the Windsor Historic Mill Feasibility Study were presented.

The scope of the project includes (but is not limited to) a historic and structural analysis, suggested uses and market data for proposed used of the building, development/redevelopment cost estimates and potential funding strategies with final adoption scheduled in September, 2014.
