Utility Online Bill Pay and eStatements are temporarily unavailable as the Town transitions to our new billing system.
The Town of Windsor has implemented new utility billing software which will provide more informative statements for the utility customers. Customers will receive a new statement in August which will include a NEW ACCOUNT NUMBER for utility billing. For those customers who pay their utility bill through the Town’s website, a new account will need to be set up using the new account number that is identified on the statement. All old accounts and payment information has been inactivated, therefore any scheduled or automatic payments will not be processed under old account numbers.
Once customers receive their August statements, electronic payments can be made and recurring payments can be set up by logging into www.windsorgov.com and clicking on Utility Online Bill Pay to set up a new account. During this conversion, electronic statements will be unavailable until further notice and a paper statement will be mailed to each address and account on file.
