The Town of Windsor restricts lawn watering by Windsor water users from May 1 to September 30 between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Town residents can use well water or privately owned water without restriction if a permit is obtained from the Town and posted at the property.
For those wishing to conserve water this summer, you can pick up a free Water Conservation Kit at Town Hall at 301 Walnut Street.
