The Town of Windsor will hold two opportunities for public feedback on proposed design standards for developments within the I-25/SH 392 Corridor Activity Center (CAC) September 21 and October 10.
The Windsor Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 21, and the Windsor Town Board will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 10, to receive public comments on amending Chapter 17 of the Windsor Municipal Code to adopt additional design standards for developments within the CAC.
The CAC area surrounding the I-25/SH 392 interchange was formally adopted by the Town of Windsor and the City of Fort Collins through an inter-governmental agreement (IGA) to address redevelopment of the interchange.
In an effort to ensure a high quality site, landscape and building design, the town is considering the adoption of additional standards for future development within the CAC. The meetings will include public hearings and consideration of the draft design standards.
Town Hall is located at 301 Walnut Street, Windsor, Colo. Work session participants are asked to enter through the south doors.
