[ARCHIVED] Windsor Town Board Names Garcia Acting Town Manager

Patti Garcia

The Town of Windsor Town Board named Town Clerk Patti Garcia as the Acting Town Manager on Monday, Nov. 27.


Garcia has worked at the Town of Windsor for nine years as Town Clerk, leading the Clerk’s Office and Customer Service team. Garcia earned her bachelor’s in Public Administration in 2013 from Ashford University, and currently serves as past president of the Colorado Municipal Clerks Association.
