Windsor residents are invited to join the Parks, Recreation & Culture Department for a community meeting to discuss their thoughts and ideas for the department’s strategic plan on Tuesday, May 14, from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m., at the Community Recreation Center, located at 250 N. 11th St.

The town hired Indianapolis-based PROS Consulting, INC., a nationally renowned parks and recreation management consulting firm, to lead this Strategic Plan. Neelay Bhatt, Vice President and Principal with PROS Consulting, INC. and a veteran of 100+ similar planning initiatives will be leading this process.
