Thank you for your interest in the Town of Windsor Water Conservation Strategic Plan.   Due to some new considerations concerning changes and additions to the Town of Windsor Water Conservation Strategic Plan the Town is withdrawing this request for proposals so that we can re-evaluate, revise and clarify the desired scope and services desired for the completion of this project.   We anticipate reposting within the next two months.  

Windsor is currently updating a Municipal Water Efficiency Plan (Plan) in accordance with the Water Conservation Act of 2004 and to meet the provisions of Colorado Revised Statute section 37-60-126. As part of CRS 37-60-126, a State-approved Plan will qualify Windsor for funding from the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) and the Colorado Water Resources and Power Development Authority for water supply and delivery projects.
