The Town of Windsor (Town) is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors for Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) services related to the design and construction of the Fishing and Parking Improvements at Kyger Reservoir.   Time is of the essence due to the current low pool at Kyger Reservoir.
