The Town of Windsor Forestry and the Windsor Tree Board will be hosting the annual “Sick Tree Day” on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 between 5pm to 8pm. Groups of horticulture experts will be making the rounds in Windsor to look at sick or dying trees and offer advice and suggestions. Experts are knowledgeable about all aspects of forestry and horticulture including diseases and pests that are common in the area. This is a once-a-year event that is FREE for the citizens of Windsor. Residents may schedule an appointment by calling the Community Recreation Center at 970-674-3500. Space is limited so schedule early. Specific questions about trees or landscaping can be directed to the Town Forester, Ken Kawamura at (970) 674-2440.
